About Christine

U Transition is led by Christine Coates, an experienced leadership coach and accidental leader with a strong background in retail, logistics, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and head office environments.
Christine started her career as a Store General Manager, leading large teams in fast-paced, KPI-driven settings and managing significant commercial responsibility.
That lived experience means she understands the pressure of leadership, the challenges of stepping up unexpectedly, and the value of good support.

Christine later moved into learning and development, where she has designed and delivered leadership development strategies, coached new and emerging managers, and supported high-potential leaders to grow in confidence and capability.
Today, she uses that experience to help accidental leaders, managers, and businesses develop stronger people, better teams, and more effective leadership.

As well as working within these types of organisation Christine also coaches many individuals who wish to change, improve and grow a particular aspect of their life, empowering people to make positive changes and advance forwards with fantastic results.
