The Leadership Laboratory will provide deep insights into the balancing act of the seemingly conflicting needs of a leader and allow you, as an emerging leader, to explore and develop the foundational knowledge, practical skills and behaviours to consistently perform and succeed in your leadership role.

What’s Covered?

In this 6-month programme, we incorporate powerful personal insights, practical skills, knowledge and behaviours to empower you to lead yourself and your team effectively and confidently in either your current or future roles.

We start with a Harrison Leadership Assessment and debrief, to gain your own deep personal insights into the paradoxes that leaders face every day and leader competencies.

Following this we’ll help you create a Personalised Development Plan so you can prioritise the actions and behaviours that will make the biggest difference to your personal performance with coaching support.

With 6 one to one Paradox Coaching sessions we will help support you to create action and traction and hold you accountable and with 6 real time 3-hour group workshops providing the foundational content that will help you get started you can share experiences and learn with peers.

We’ll also give you 10 Online training courses of your choice from our online training academy and based on identified development needs from your Leadership assessments and personal development plan.
