Purpose
To equip managers and leaders with five critical communication skills they need to lead confidently, solve people problems fast and build stronger, more productive teams — all in a time-friendly format that fits into a busy schedule as a lunch and learn workshop.
This workshop delivers:
One vital skill per week – small enough to act on, big enough to drive change.
Plug-and-play handouts with scripts and templates for immediate real-world use.
Safe practice space to experiment with new tools before using them with your team.
Visible outcomes in 5 weeks – so improvement isn’t “one day,” it’s day one.
Objectives
By the end of the 5 weeks, participants will be able to:
Confidently initiate and navigate challenging conversations
Deliver feedback that drives growth and accountability
Stay calm and resourceful under emotional pressure
Influence and gain buy-in without relying on formal authority
Think and respond quickly in high-stakes conversations
