Chrissie is the definition of an inspirational leader. Coming into Medivet with a fresh set of eyes she helped shape the start of our career pathways. She has a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of learning and development and empowered us to own and deliver projects across such a rapidly growing business. Her coaching and mentoring skills are second to none. Her approach is non-judgemental, encouraging and I really feel she’s helped me develop on a path to hopefully being a leader myself one day.
